We certainly had a “WOW” experience!

WOW! Coach Berry!

Recently, my husband, Jason, and I read a post from the NPE by a fellow NPE member who had just visited Coach Berry in San Diego because she was interested in more information about what he does. What she shared of her experience was enough for Jason and I to decide that when we would be traveling to Los Angeles from Buffalo, NY just two weeks later, we would have to set up an appointment to meet with Coach Berry. Jason immediately contacted Coach Berry and within hours a meeting was set up.

The first thing that “Wowed” us (as I’m sure it does every other person that walks through that door) is the unbelievable amount of before/after pictures (or, “Social Proof”) that are plastered all over the walls, in binders, and in frames. Coach Berry was evidently ecstatic for each person who had achieved these amazing results, and took pride in each person that walked through the doors. I noticed that he had a personal relationship with each one, and that he invested time and effort to get to know his clients.

Coach spent over four hours with us, stopping only to introduce some of his clients, and give hugs to others as they walked out the door. The passion for what Coach does was evident, not only in his relationship with his clients, but also in the details and in the amount of time he has spent on building his business.

Each time Jason or I approached Coach with a question he would describe and explain his answer in detail, and then follow it by “oh, and I’ll give you that, too!” As he passed us worksheets, forms, DVD’s, and much, much more.

Jason and I walked away from out experience with Coach Berry feeling the way we want our own clients to feel after they meet with us! We certainly had a “WOW” experience! Coach over-delivered well beyond what most people might feel compelled to do. We left wide-eyed and overwhelmed- but in a good way! It has inspired and encouraged us to make some immediate changes in our own business, and work towards other things that we would love to implement in the near future.

Our expectations were surpassed beyond belief. We expected to leave with some ideas and insight from someone who had more experience and has seen more change and results than we have. However, we left with enough information to keep us busy for a while! I would recommend that anyone looking to get an edge in his or her fitness business take time to see Coach Berry. You will get more than you bargain for!
