“This is the most important thing I do each day for myself!”

My name is Pauline Tsoris and I’m a new member of this great fitness studio Dare to be Fit.  I am in my 70’s. I have had two knee replacements and chronic back pain for many years.  Doctors suggested physical therapy for me. I tried it for 10 years, and it didn’t help.  In January 2010 I saw an orthopedic surgeon who recommended physical therapy. I told her I am not interested since it does not help.  I showed her one of Coach Berry’s ad from Dare to Be Fit. This is a great Personal Training Program at Coach Berry’s Studio. She said “go for it”.

I immediately started my exercise program with Coach Berry on January 15.  I could not handle this workout without the very personal help of Coach Berry and his amazing staff.  He constantly monitors my workout. One month (4 weeks) after my workouts and Nutrition Plan, my blood pressure went from 140 to 120.  I worked out 5 days a week for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I never missed one training day during the 30 day period.

This is the most important thing I do each day for myself and I feel better than ever.  He is very knowledgeable and much better than any physical therapist I have encountered for the past 10 years. I am getting a workout designed just for me with his personal touch and it works great for me.  I would recommend Dare to Be Fit to any senior citizen that can walk. After only a month of training at Dare to Be Fit, I can easily walk up stairs now and my balance has improved remarkably.

I moved from Northbrook, IL in May 2009.  Along with the fantastic ideal weather, Coach Berry is the best thing that happened to me. Thank you Coach Berry and Staff at Dare to be Fit.
