WOW! At forty one I just accomplished something I never thought would be possible.

Dear Coach Berry,

This is a letter of thanks! Thanks for everything you have done to change my life.

It all started in July of 2006 when I decided to get in shape. You took my measurements and started my work-out program. I have always been a pretty healthy eater and active person so I thought all I needed to do was a little jog and lift a few weights. After about three months I noticed my body was starting to transform.

This inspired me. I decided at that point to train for some sort of figure contest. Let me remind you that before I started lifting weights I had daily back pain. Most mornings when I woke up I would have a hard time washing my face or leaning over the sink to brush my teeth. So when you asked me to do any weight bearing exercise I got worried. You assured me that I would only see improvement and constantly was aware of my back issues when training me. Since that time I rarely have back pain and my core is stronger than I ever thought it could be.

It has been over fourteen months and I just finished my first contest. For the first time in my life I felt comfortable on stage in a bikini. Cellulite runs in my family so I thought I was destined to live with it. I have since learned that proper diet, weight-bearing exercise and motivation can almost eliminate it.

Thanks to your continued support and encouragement I have been able to exceed my physical goals. At forty one I just accomplished something I never thought would be possible. I earned two trophies from the contest partly because of you. I would like you to have one of them because you were beside me along the way.

Coach Berry thank you for your patience, strength, persistence and support. Your guidance has changed my life entirely.
