If you are entertaining the idea of joining a gym and/or hiring a personal trainer look no further than Coach Berry’s Fitness Studio located in Oceanside, California. I would like to share with you my experience at Coach Berry’s gym.
I have belonged to many gyms in my lifetime but until I trained with Coach I had no idea what it was like to have a fully engaged trainer working for me and with me. At the age of 48 I decided to enter my 1st Bikini Masters 35+ competition at Muscle Beach in Venice California and was fortunate enough to train with Coach Berry. Frankly I have never worked so hard to reach a finish line of any sort in my life and with the dedication and supreme consistency from the Coach I was able to blow full steam ahead. The atmosphere of Coach’s gym is like no other. The trainers are in constant motion working with everyone in the gym. They never miss a beat and at any moment were ready to step in to keep the momentum going – critical if you ask me when you are starting to slow down. Whatever the needs of the clients I observed how the staff personally knew and cared for everyone there. Six days a week I trained with Coach in preparation and each training day couldn’t wait to arrived and get to work. Coach, always wearing a welcoming smile on his face, made me feel at home. When competition day arrived I went forward knowing I had received the best possible training and I had done everything in my power to prepare – this was success to me. I did receive a 2nd Place trophy at the competition. My pictured appeared in newspapers in London and Ireland and made it to Sport Illustrated on-line edition. I am in the best shape and health of my life. I clearly know I would’ve never done as well as I did without Coach Berry and am so very grateful for his consistent efforts with me. Daily I am reminded of what Coach taught me and know his instruction will guide me as I move forward into this great journey.
